Dezeen promotion: Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair takes place from 7-11 February and is the world’s largest event for Scandinavian design.

Around 750 exhibitors will show new furniture, homeware and lighting at the Stockholmsmässan fairground with over 60 satellite events taking place around the city.

This year’s guest of honour is French designer Inga Sempé, as reported in Dezeen Wire, and she’ll create a lounge at the entrance to the fair.

Young designer Fredrik Färg will install a bar called Beyond Couture featuring icebergs, stone, animals and textiles, while this year’s Design Bar based on circles will be fashioned by Lina Nordqvist.
